The machine mould is welded onto steady and strong rectangular tubes and steel plates which provides safety for users. All block mould frames are processed specially by heat treatment. As a result, it releases the welding pressure and avoids deforming. After processed by heat treatment, all frames are processed by sandblasting treatment. The EPS block moulding machine also has two systems that support the machine to operate effectively. The first system is the Steam system. Through better use, users can operate the machine easily and accurately. The second system is the Control system. The EPS form machine is equipped with a material level sensor to control the filling. The whole procedure will be monitored automatically by the sensor.

EPS color steel sandwich board is kind of thermal insulation sandwich board which is made of color coated steel plate as surface layer, self-extinguishing foam as sandwich material and combined with specific production process. The core materials are divide into polyurethane and polystyrene foam. Either kind of sandwich board has the “three-in-one” working characteristics.
Expandable polystyrene (EPS) is the raw material used in the Plastic production process, it becomes over in blocks or castings afte three stages of production, namely the pre-expansion process, which make the beads compact of the raw material convert into cellular plastic beads with small closed cells, EPS blocking process, which make EPS foam beads to become big foam board through steam heating and wind cooling, and EPS cutting process, which cut the complete block of the EPS product into different sizes and shapes through the cutting line.
