EPS / EPP particles are transformed from eps raw materials to molded products, which undergo the following transformation or deformation processes. The 1 and 2 processes are mainly completed at the pre expander. The main purpose of foam particles entering the mold is to fix the mould, which is usually steamed or burned. Molding process usually includes mold closing, feeding, steam thermoforming, cooling and demoulding.
