Foam cutting is a technique used to shape and trim foam materials, and is typically done using one of several methods, depending on the type of foam. Each method has its advantages and is chosen based on the type of foam, the complexity of the cut, and the desired finish.
Foam box equipment typically features excellent thermal insulation, lightweight construction, durability, moisture resistance, and shock absorption. It is also customizable, cost-effective, reusable, and easy to use.
EPS semi-automatic molding machines work by heating pre-expanded polystyrene beads to a specific temperature, which causes them to expand further. The expanded beads are then placed into a mold cavity. Once the mold is closed, steam is injected to fuse the beads together, forming a solid piece. After cooling, the mold is opened, and the finished product is removed.

EPS foam, or Expanded Polystyrene foam, is a lightweight, rigid, and versatile material commonly used in packaging, insulation, and construction. It is made from polystyrene beads that expand and fuse together when exposed to heat, forming a solid but lightweight foam with a closed-cell structure.
